Every legal entity and entrepreneur has fire protection obligations. They are set by Act No. 314/2001 Coll. and implemented by Decree No. 121/2002 Coll. on fire prevention. Some of them may only be carried out by a fire protection technician or a fire protection specialist holding a certificate.
We provide them on a contract basis. We hold the authorisation for this activity and carry it out through our own fire protection technician and fire protection specialist with a certificate of professional competence. The documents are on the Authorisations and certificates page.
Fire protection documentation. Fire identification card, workplace fire rules, fire alarm directives, evacuation plan, fire log book, designation of places with an increased risk of fire. We prepare it for your specific operation and keep it up to date.
Preventive fire inspections. The interval depends on the type of premises. In most operations it is every three months, in premises used only for administrative work every six months, and in residential buildings and premises with only occasional workplaces every 12 months (Section 14(1) of Decree No. 121/2002 Coll.). We carry them out and record them in the fire log book.
Fire protection training. For managers and other employees once every 24 months, for persons providing fire protection outside working hours once every 12 months (Section 21(1) of Decree No. 121/2002 Coll.). Professional training of fire patrols where you are required to have them, that is for activities with an increased risk of fire.

Representation during inspections. When the district directorate of the Fire and Rescue Service arrives, we go through it with you.
The cheapest way is to keep it in order continuously. Missing documentation or skipped inspections are spotted immediately during an inspection, and filling them in afterwards under deadline pressure is more expensive and more demanding.
If you are dealing with fire protection, you usually also need occupational safety and an occupational health service. We can cover all of it under a single contract.
Once every 24 months for managers and other employees, and once every 12 months for persons who ensure fire protection outside working hours, unless the company sets a shorter interval (Section 21(1) of Decree No. 121/2002 Coll.).
