Every legal entity and entrepreneur has fire protection obligations. They are set by Act No. 314/2001 Coll. and implemented by Decree No. 121/2002 Coll. on fire prevention. Some of them may only be carried out by a fire protection technician or a fire protection specialist holding a certificate.
We provide them on a contract basis. We hold the authorisation for this activity and carry it out through our own fire protection technician and fire protection specialist with a certificate of professional competence. The documents are on the Authorisations and certificates page.
Fire protection documentation. Fire identification card, workplace fire rules, fire alarm directives, evacuation plan, fire log book, designation of places with an increased risk of fire. We prepare it for your specific operation and keep it up to date.
Preventive fire inspections. The interval depends on the type of premises. In most operations it is once every three months, in office premises once every six months and in residential buildings once every twelve months. We carry them out and record them in the fire log book.
Fire protection training. For managers and other employees once every 24 months, for persons providing fire protection outside working hours once every 12 months. New hires are trained before they start work. See our fire protection training, it can also be completed online.
Professional training of fire patrols where you are required to have them, that is for activities with an increased risk of fire.

Representation during inspections. When the district directorate of the Fire and Rescue Service arrives, we go through it with you.
The cheapest way is to keep it in order continuously. Fines for missing documentation and skipped inspections run into thousands of euros, and after a fire you add a dispute with the insurer, who asks about exactly these documents.
