Instructing employees in occupational safety and fire protection does not have to mean the whole shift sitting in a meeting room. Under Section 7 of Act No. 124/2006 Coll. the employer decides the form, which is why we can run it online for you.

The employee receives login details, works through the presentation at their own pace and takes a test at the end. The system records who logged in, when they opened the content and what result they achieved. You get proof of instruction without signature sheets scattered across sites.

We build the content around your operation. We add your workplaces, the hazards from your risk assessment and your internal rules and directives, so that the employee sees what actually concerns them.

How it works at your company

We set up a company account and upload the list of employees. Each of them receives login details and a link to the course by email. They can take it on a computer, a tablet or a phone, pause and continue later. After passing the test a record of instruction is generated, which you download as a PDF. The overview shows who has completed the course and whose repeat instruction is coming up.

When e-learning is not enough

The online form covers instruction of employees. Training and education with a certificate under Section 16 of Act No. 124/2006 Coll., that is courses for machine operators, work at height, load slingers or electricians, takes place in person and includes a practical part. You will find those among our courses. If you are not sure what can be done online at your company and what cannot, tell us which occupations you have and we will go through it with you.
