A scaffolder's licence card has to be kept valid. There are two duties for that and it is worth not confusing them.
Repeated familiarisation is carried out once every 12 months under Section 3(1) of Decree No. 147/2013 Coll. In it we go through the changes in the regulations since the last training, the lessons from accidents during scaffolding assembly and the mistakes we see most often in practice. Those are missing anchoring, ground that will not bear the load or is uneven, guard rails left out during assembly, and scaffolding handed over for use without a record. This course covers precisely that duty.
Updating professional training is a separate matter and is carried out every five years under Section 16(8) of Act No. 124/2006 Coll. We run it too, just get in touch and we will arrange a date.
