The certificate for operating agricultural machinery has to be kept valid. There are two duties for that and it is worth not confusing them.
Repeated familiarisation is carried out at least once every three years under Section 7(5) of Act No. 124/2006 Coll. In it we go through the changes in the regulations since the last training and the mistakes we see most often in practice. Those are cleaning the harvesting mechanism with the engine running, driving across the fall line on a slope, moving on a road without marking and lighting, and a missing fire extinguisher during the harvest. This course covers precisely that duty.
Updating professional training is a separate matter and is carried out every five years under Section 16(8) of the same Act. We run it too, just get in touch and we will arrange a date.
It pays off to arrange the training date outside the season. Write to us which machines the operator uses and we will adapt the content to that.
